How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are delivered within 15 to 20 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays, so please allow for those when planning around an event date.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat R150 anywhere in South Africa.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No. Modesty Lux is an online store only. Every order is placed through this website and delivered to you. We are based in Pretoria, Gauteng.
How do I choose the right size?
Sizes run from XS to XL depending on the piece, and some items are one size. The sizes available for each garment are shown on its product page.
If you are between sizes or unsure which to choose, message or call us on 071 771 0217 before you order. We would rather help you get it right first time — if a piece does not fit, an exchange is possible within 14 working days, but the cost of returning it would be for your own account.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept exchanges within 14 working days of delivery. We do not offer refunds — exchanges only.
Items must be returned with the original tag still attached.
If an item does not fit, the cost of returning it is for your own account. If an item arrives damaged, we cover the cost of the return.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are handled in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
